All Do Dham temples are located in high-altitude regions. Guests are advised to carry necessary medications and warm clothing during the journey.
Temple Timings
Temple visit timings are governed by temple authorities and may vary depending on weather and local conditions.
Operational Flexibility
The sequence of destinations may be changed due to operational or weather-related reasons to ensure completion of the pilgrimage.

Passenger Weight & Baggage Policy
Passenger Weight Declaration
Passengers are required to provide their accurate body weight at the time of booking to ensure proper helicopter weight balance and safe operations.
Standard Weight Limit
The standard passenger weight allowance is up to 75 kg per person.
Overweight Charges
Passengers weighing above 75 kg will be charged ₹750 per extra kilogram, subject to operational approval and helicopter weight balance.
Weight Verification
Passenger weight may be verified at the helipad prior to boarding. In case of significant variation from the declared weight, Sea of Seats reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements or flight allocations.
Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is permitted to carry up to 5 kg of luggage only during the helicopter journey.
Soft Bags Only
Due to limited space in helicopters, only soft duffel bags are permitted. Hard suitcases or large luggage items are not allowed.
Excess Baggage Storage
Extra baggage can be safely stored at the hotel and collected after completion of the yatra.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the helicopter booking, the following charges will apply:
- 30 days or more before journey date: 50% cancellation charges
- 20 to 29 days before journey date: 70% cancellation charges
- Less than 15 days before journey date: No refund
All cancellations must be made in writing through email or official communication channels.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and operational expenses. Refund processing may take 7–15 working days.
In case the journey cannot be completed due to weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances, refunds will be processed as per the unused services.

Weather & Force Majeure
Helicopter operations in the Himalayan region are highly dependent on weather conditions. In case of unfavorable weather, air traffic restrictions, government regulations, or technical reasons beyond our control, flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.
Sea of Seats will make every effort to complete the journey safely; however, the company will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to such circumstances.
Operational Flexibility
Sea of Seats reserves the right to modify flight schedules, adjust the order of destinations, or change helicopter types due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety considerations to ensure smooth completion of the pilgrimage.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to maintain proper conduct throughout the journey. Sea of Seats reserves the right to deny boarding or discontinue services to any passenger who is found to be unruly, abusive, intoxicated, or behaving in a manner that may affect the safety and comfort of other passengers.
Passengers must strictly follow all safety instructions provided by the pilot and ground staff during helicopter boarding, landing, and transfers.
Any damage caused to helicopter equipment, hotel property, or transportation vehicles due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Passengers must cooperate with ground staff during check-in, weight verification, security procedures, and boarding processes to ensure smooth and safe operations.
