How is the price of a private charter worked out?
Charters are priced for the whole aircraft, not per seat. The fare depends on the aircraft size, flying hours, positioning flights, airport and parking charges, and crew stays for multi-day trips. We share an all-inclusive quote before you confirm.
How early do I need to book?
Many domestic charters can be arranged within 24–48 hours, subject to aircraft availability and permits. For peak dates, weddings and international trips, book a few weeks ahead.
What is an empty leg and why is it cheaper?
An empty leg is a flight an aircraft has to make anyway without passengers, for example returning to base. Because the operator would otherwise fly empty, these seats are offered at a large discount. Dates and times are fixed by the operator.
How much luggage can I carry?
It depends on the aircraft. Light jets and helicopters have limited space, so soft bags are best. Tell us your luggage and any sports equipment when you enquire and we'll suggest a suitable aircraft.
Can I travel with my pet?
Many operators allow small pets in the cabin with prior approval. Share your pet's details when you enquire so we can confirm with the operator.
What documents do I need?
A valid government photo ID for domestic flights, and a passport plus any required visas for international trips. We'll send a checklist with your confirmation.
What if the weather or an operational issue affects my flight?
Safety always comes first. If a flight cannot operate, we work with the operator to reschedule or offer an alternative aircraft, and refunds follow the cancellation terms shared in your quote.
