Desert Delight Jaisalmer & Jodhpur (by Train)

Arrive in Jodhpur in the morning, met by our driver at Jodhpur railway station, and transfer to your hotel in Jodhpur. Early check-in is NOT included and is subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Afternoon sightseeing of the Blue City of Rajasthan – Jodhpur. Visit Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada – an imposing marble memorial built in 1899, and the museum located in the Umaid Public Gardens. Evening free for your own activities.

Today morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jaisalmer – the Golden City of Rajasthan.

On arrival at Jaisalmer, check in at the hotel and rest of the day at leisure to self-explore the city on your own.

Today we explore Jaisalmer City. We visit the Golden Fort – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the very few living forts in the world, as nearly one-fourth of the city’s population still resides within the fort, followed by a visit to Jain Mandir – carved in yellow sandstone and dedicated to Jain hermits known as Tirthankars. Later, we visit Patwon Ki Haveli Museum – a palace built in the early 1800s, now a museum featuring intricate carvings, furniture, and artwork, and see Nathmalji Ki Haveli.

Later, we proceed to the famous Sam Sand Dunes. Late afternoon, you will be taken to nearby sand dunes to witness the spectacular beauty of the sandy terrain by enjoying a joyful camel ride and viewing the red-orange splash of sunset on the desert horizon.

Optional - You can also experience thrilling dune bashing (Jeep Safari) with extra payment over the golden sands.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Jodhpur railway station in time to board the overnight train to your hometown or next destination. On arrival in Jodhpur, you will be dropped at the train station, and you have to board the train on your own.

Tour ends at the train station. No meals/snacks on the train journey.
