All guests above 12 years need to have a double vaccination certificate or a negative RT-PCR report, 48 hours prior to sailing.
All guests below 12 years will be exempted from the RT-PCR reports.

Non-refundable / no-show: The Cordelia passenger contract states that no refunds are made for no-shows, unused tickets, lost tickets, interruptions, partially used tickets, or cancellations received late or after the start of the cruise.
Refunds / changes: Where Cordelia changes or cancels a sailing, the remedy is governed by the applicable Cordelia policy and booking terms. Customers should review the final confirmed cancellation/refund conditions before payment.
Terms: Cordelia policies may be amended. Final cancellation conditions should be confirmed against the applicable policy at the time of booking.
Deposit: Reservation and confirmation are subject to the fare and payment terms applicable to the selected sailing and cabin. The exact deposit/advance amount should be confirmed before booking.
Final payment: Cordelia's passenger contract states that the full fare needs to be received in advance to secure a confirmed reservation; failure to receive the required fare may result in cancellation of the reservation.
